中电科技德清华莹电子有限公司地处浙江省湖州市德清县境内，是在原德清华莹电子有限公司的基础上由中国电子科技集团公司控股及联合下属二十六研究所,五十五研究所参股的一家专业研制及制造功能晶体材料、声表面波器件及电子镇流器系列产品的高新技术企业。目前公司总资产达两亿元。

    CETC Deqing Huaying Electronics Co., Ltd. is located in Deqing County, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, which is established base on the former Deqing Huaying Electronics Co., Ltd., the China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (CETC) is the holding company sharing with its No.26 Institute and No.55 Institute. We are a new High-Tech enterprise, which involves in developing and manufacturing crystal materials, SAW devices and electronic ballast. Up to now, the total asset of the company has reached to RMB200 million.

    We mainly deals in 3″～5″ all kinds of piezoelectric crystal and wafer, SAW filter, SAW resonator and electronic ballast. We have owned the provincial technical center, which is authenticated by the Zhejiang provincial government. Relying on the powerful technical research strength of China Electronics Technology Group and our technical center, and taking the full advantage of approximately 30 years R/D & manufacturing experiences in crystal materials and SAW devices, the corporation is recognized as the leader in its field and enable our technology to rank among the world’s most advanced.

    Through importing advanced technology and equipments from USA, Japan and Europe, we built up the first world advanced SMD SAW devices product line in China and owned crystal growing and processing advantages of large scope 3″～5″ major diameter LiNbO3 and LiTaO3. So as to ensure the large-scale production and the quality level.

    We implement ERP information management and carry out ISO9001 Quality System and ISO14001 Environmental Management System. Most of our customers like as Changhong, TCL, Skyworth, Konka and Hisense awarded us excellent supplier and free-inspection supplier. SAW filter for mobile phone is approved by Motorola, Konka and so on. Our product quality warranty ability is acknowledged by famous international and　domestic companies.
